I will design self-paced online courses using your existing content or by creating completely new content with your ideas. Most of the courses are designed using Articulate Storyline or Rise. You can choose to develop:
eLearning Course: Custom self-paced learning designed around a specific topic, process, or training need.
Microlearning: Short, focused learning experiences designed for quick understanding, reinforcement, and practical application.

Step 1: Discovery & Planning
Step 1: Discovery & Planning
We discuss your audience, goals, content, and learning needs. This is when we would decide on some learning goals, objectives, outcomes, and best modality for the course.
Step 2: Learning Design
Step 2: Learning Design
I use text-based and visual storyboards to create and organize the content with the help of a subject matter expert (SME) from your organization. We will take turns editing the storyboard until we come up with a satisfactory version. During this step, I will also give you a visual prototype to establish a look and feel for the course.
Step 3: Development
Step 3: Development
I use the storyboards to develop the actual course in Storyline or Rise with interactions, visuals, activities, and learner engagement strategies. You will have the chance to review the course and provide feedback, and I will then make the suggested edits.
Step 4: Final Review & Delivery
Step 4: Final Review & Delivery
You review and approve the materials and receive finalized learning assets including the source file. The final output depends on how you will deliver the course to your learners. If you have an LMS, I will provide you with a SCORM package ready to upload. I can also provide web-based versions to embed on a website.

Do I need to already have content created?
Do I need to already have content created?
No. You have the option to provide existing materials, rough ideas, SME access, or even just the training goal. I can help organize and structure the learning experience from there.
What platforms do you work with?
What platforms do you work with?
I primarily work with Articulate Rise and Storyline to produce LMS-ready SCORM packages, but I can also support blended formats, PDFs, and learner guides. For blended formats, I will provide a PowerPoint presentation to use on your virtual platform (Zoom, GoTo Webinar, Adobe Connect, etc.)

Yes! Existing content can be modernized, reorganized, converted to eLearning or simplified for better learner engagement.
