The project began with an existing PowerPoint-based PDF playbook created for an annual conference. While the content was valuable, the static format limited engagement and usability. I identified an opportunity to transform the resource into an interactive experience that would better support attendees in preparing for the event. The focus shifted from simply presenting information to helping users actively engage with and apply the guidance in a practical context.

During the storyboarding phase, I restructured the content into a more intuitive and engaging format. I organized the material into clear sections focused on event navigation and networking strategies, while also identifying opportunities to incorporate audio guidance. The storyboard outlined the flow of content, user navigation options, and how key messages would be delivered in a concise, user-friendly way.

In the development phase, I built the interactive playbook in Articulate Storyline, incorporating audio narration and interactive navigation to enhance the user experience. I designed a clean, accessible interface that allows users to explore content at their own pace while maintaining a clear structure. The final product was embedded on the website, ensuring easy access for members and conference attendees and creating a seamless, modern learning experience.
