The goal of this project was to create a more structured and meaningful onboarding experience for an existing orientation curriculum. The original learning experience lacked interactivity and did not fully support new learners in understanding their role, the organization, and key expectations. The redesign focused on transforming the outdated training videos into interactive eLearning modules, and introducing fresh concepts needed for effective chapter leadership.

Content restructuring and alignment
I conducted a rapid needs analysis to identify which areas of the videos were outdated or redundant. I evaluated the current curriculum and identified areas for improvement in structure, flow, and clarity. From there, I redesigned the learning journey to create a more logical progression and a more engaging experience.
I pulled the content out of the original videos and drafted new storyboards to align with the new design framework in Articulate Storyline. The storyboards for the new eLearning modules included knowledge checks throughout and areas to input their reflections. Learners were also able to download their results and reflection inputs at the end of the course to ensure continuous learning.
I partnered with an outside vendor to quickly create the final courses in Storyline.
The redesigned orientation consisted of 8 role-based interactive, self-paced courses. This created a more cohesive and effective learning experience, helping new chapter leaders build understanding and confidence more quickly.
